Aren Perdeci was born on September 30, 1979 in Istanbul, TURKEY. His first feature film

Wrong Time Travellers (2007) was shot on super 16mm with a high stylized directing approach.

He has written, directed and edited Lost Birds (2016) with Ela Alyamac. Aren Perdeci also served as cinematographer in Lost Birds.
